Mr and Mrs Chason Bowman

Well the wedding chaos is over.  I am so happy for her and her husband.  She wanted to go with an outdoor rustic theme and use peacock teal, guava and brown for her colors.  They are stunning colors together.  I hand cut and assembled the invitations.  They were bronze with a gold ribbon and monogram on the front.  On the left inside there was a belly band with the RSVP card, direction card and registry card.  On the left was the invitation.  I am so happy they were so successful. I will post a picture soon.

For favors we went with programs that doubled as fans and lemonade mix.  The lemonade mix was placed in a mason jar with a label on the front of the couple from the engagement shoot.  There was also an "ingredient" label on the back.  The top was finished off with a monogram and teal and brown ribbon.

It turned out to be a very hot windy day.  The tents that took a while to assemble blew apart.  We estimated the wind to be around 25-30 mph.  Each centerpiece was unique.  We had tall vases that were partially filled with reindeer moss and a rustic arrangement I put together on the top.  On the dance floor we had their monogram.  The food table was decorated with 3 columns topped with bird cases filled with moss and candles.  The table linens were brown with a teal runner and guava square in the middle.

The ceremony site was stunning.  The backdrop was a group of trees accented with iron columns adorned with a floral arrangement on the outside of the column.  We used iron crosses and wicker balls at the end of the rows as the aisle markers and placed rose petals on each side of the aisle.

I had some of the best helpers anyone could ask for.  Without them I would not have pulled off all my ideas.  I will get some more pictures posted soon.

The next wedding I am lucky enough to plan and coordinate I will definitely not take on as much.  I wanted to get my feet wet in many areas and play around with some things.  I was extremely lucky to have a sister who was willing to let me try a lot of new things.
